Our experience with Jaguar Heating and Air was spectacular. Originally they were coming out to do an evaluation on our old system, but due to the age of the unit, we had decided to replace the system. Not a problem, the technician switched roles and we talked about what was important to us, efficiency, cost etc. I got a few other quotes, but nothing was as good as Jaguar. We scheduled the installation and again, the staff (installers) were amazing. They took their time to do the install right and answered any questions we had along the way. They kept us updated on everything, and after the system was in, walked me through all the work with explanations of why things were done a certain way. We just had the County inspector through to do the final inspection and everything passed with flying colors. Jaguar Heating and Air took care of us, did quality work at a reasonable price, and delivered everything they promised. Peter was honest and attentive to helping figure out what I could do going forward to fix some of the issues that I may run into. Unlike other businesses, he did not try to upsell me unlike the other 3 businesses. He was even able to fix an issue within a few minutes that the other businesses mentioned as a major issue. The cost? The standard examination cost coming out. Simply an amazing business with a sincere and honest person like Peter will keep me going back to them for all my HVAC needs. Read Less
