I called Jaguar Heating & Air to.tune up my AC since I hadn’t done it in seven years. Jeff was extremely informative and explained everything that he found with my unit. It was obvious through my questions that I did know anything about my AC unit but he was gracious enough to explain how it all works. He showed me that my capacitor needed to be replaced and why. If he wasn’t an honest man, it would have been very easy for him to convince me to buy/replace, etc. because I wouldn’t have known any better! But he didn’t and I am grateful! Jaguar Heating & AC got my AC back up and running a couple years ago. I called them this morning due to my Thermostat’s power shutoff. I tried everything before calling them including replacement of my Smart Thermostat. Still no power. Jaguar got their technician (Hussam) scheduled to come out quickly.
