Just had a routine servicing for my system down for the first time in 2 years. I chose Jaguar Heating and Air because of their reputation for honesty and not up selling customers on unnecessary replacements and services. They lived up to their reputation. Tim , the technician who did the work, was on time for the appointment and gave me a text ahead of time when he was on his way. The appointment took about an hour and it was great. Tim was thorough, communicated his findings very clearly, and was a pleasure to have in the house. This company is awesome. They put an air conditioning unit in My home about eight years ago, and it’s been going strong ever since. I’ve only had one minor repair. My air had gone out the end of August and it was three weeks before I could get it replaced. I had several companies come out telling me I needed to replace both my heater and my Air conditioning. That did not sound right to me. I got several estimates well over $13000 way back when. Moe the owner spent time with me gave me some options And gave me a unit for less than half of that that works great. Didn’t need to get a new heater, just Change the coils or something underneath it. I Was so desperate and hot I was nearly in tears when he got here and within a couple of days, I had a new air conditioner. I’ve referred them to many people and they’ve gotten the same kind of service. Always on time always pleasant and always explain what they’re doing. I contacted Jaguar to do an inspection of our 17-year old furnace and A/C and was able to setup a convenient appointment on the website. Jesse the technician arrived on time, was pleasant and went straight to work. As he went through his checks, he explained each of the steps, took numerous pictures of the system components and pointed out a couple of parts that were starting to wear out. He explained that they would probably be fine for another season or two, given the Sacramento summers, I opted to have the parts replaced. The charge for the repairs was reasonable and they waived the inspection fee. This is the second time that we have used Jaguar, having previously called them to clean the ductwork and registers, and we’ve been happy with their service both times. Read Less
